The Pre-Sales Engineer (Linux Mail & Collaboration) position based in Navi Mumbai/Hyderabad requires a minimum qualification of any Graduate or Post Graduate with 2-5 years of experience. In this role, you will provide winning solutions as part of the Pre-Sales process by responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from existing and prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include handling Pre-Sales queries for all technical support opportunities and engaging in customer interactions to propose transformation solutions in coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Sales Enablement, front-end solution design, and migration involving Cloud Infrastructure. You should have experience in estimation and costing for System Integration and Managed Services efforts, as well as the ability to track the market and competition to generate innovative ideas and remain relevant in the marketplace. A strong Pre-Sales orientation is essential for this role, along with a breadth of technology understanding combined with a Delivery background. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Public/Private cloud and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS). Being a strong team player and having the ability to work effectively in a team environment is a must for this position. Key Skills required for this role include deep knowledge of Mail & Collaboration Solutions, encompassing Linux Based Mailing, MS Exchange, O365 & GSuite. You should also have an understanding of Email Security & Email Archiving solutions. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to convince customers and internal teams about the solution offerings.
