Pre-Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Pre-Sales Manager with experience in the construction or real estate field, responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding our real estate projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages clearly to customers.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
• Maintain records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and conversions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and events.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales or telecalling in the construction/real estate industry.
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
