Pre-Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Manager at Unified Infotech, you will be responsible for managing pre-sales activities and engaging in business analysis duties. Your main focus will involve collaborating with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, draft proposals, and ensure the delivery of functional solutions. Your role will require you to lead the process of capturing business requirements, preparing technical solutions, and managing proposal preparation for prospective clients. This hybrid position demands a solid foundation in business analysis and efficient management of pre-sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and drive end-to-end pre-sales activities, including coordinating with internal teams to create proposal documents (RFI/RFP/RFQ). - Manage discussions with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions aligned with technical and business goals. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client expectations, align internal resources for accurate estimation, and refine proposal documentation. - Review and refine proposals to ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. - Manage the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate solution feasibility. - Support sales managers with project planning, status reporting, and proposal tracking. Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst or Solution Consultant for web and mobile IT products. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs into clear requirements. - Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of various industries and tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Excel, Word, and PPT for documentation.
