Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Haptik, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to design tailored Conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Consulting: Collaborating with Sales teams during discovery calls to gather requirements and propose the right solution. - Product Demonstrations: Delivering engaging product demos, presentations, and workshops tailored to client needs. - RFP/RFI Support: Owning and responding to technical and functional requirements, ensuring high-quality proposals. - POCs & Solution Design: Architecting proof-of-concepts and solution blueprints to showcase feasibility and business value. - Stakeholder Engagement: Building trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers across client organizations. - Collaboration: Working with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and solution feasibility. - Market Insights: Staying updated on Conversational AI, automation trends, and competitor landscape to position Haptik effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-6 years of Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS, AI, CX, or related domains. - Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems. - Ability to translate complex technology into business value for diverse stakeholders. - Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. - Experience in writing proposals, handling RFPs, and creating solution documents. - Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Familiarity with Conversational AI, NLP, or automation platforms is a plus.
