Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Presales Manager to lead the presales function, manage the team, and ensure smooth coordination between marketing-generated leads and the sales closure process. The ideal candidate should have strong team leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Team & Operations Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of presales executives to ensure effective lead handling and conversion. Design scripts, FAQs, and call flow protocols to ensure consistent communication. Monitor performance metrics (lead response time, conversion ratio, site visit scheduling) and optimize processes. Lead Management: Ensure timely and professional handling of inbound leads from all sources (website, property portals, campaigns, events). Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, location, buying timeline). Assign leads to the appropriate sales executives and track follow-ups. Client Coordination: Personally handle high-value or escalated leads. Oversee and ensure seamless scheduling of site visits and client meetings. Drive pre-visit and post-visit communication to enhance client experience. Collaboration & Strategy: Coordinate with the Marketing team to align lead generation strategies with market response. Provide regular feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance. Work closely with the Sales team to understand project highlights and selling points. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead funnel performance and team productivity. Use analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements in the presales approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of experience in real estate

presales or inside sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with residential and/or commercial property sales. Familiarity with local property laws and RERA guidelines. Multi-language proficiency, especially English and local/regional languages.
