Presales Executive
Role Summary
As a Presales Executive, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle by engaging with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, design tailored Zoho solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals. You will work closely with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure the right-fit solution is positioned and successfully transitioned into implementation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Solution Discovery & Consulting
● Engage with prospects to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and pain points.
● Conduct detailed discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
● Map client needs to Zoho solutions, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
✅ Solution Design & Architecture
● Prepare solution architectures, workflows, and prototypes using Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, etc.).
● Recommend integrations, third-party add-ons, or custom development when required.
● Develop and present technical and functional solution documentation.
✅ Product Demonstrations & Presentations
● Build and deliver compelling, scenario-driven demos of Zoho products.
● Articulate the business value and ROI of proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed functional and technical inputs.
✅ Sales Support
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
● Provide pre-sales technical and functional expertise to overcome objections and build client confidence.
● Participate in commercial and technical negotiations as required.
✅ Handover to Delivery
● Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the delivery team with detailed documentation and handover workshops.
● Support the delivery team in clarifying scope or requirements during the project kickoff.
✅ Market & Product Knowledge
● Stay current with the Zoho product roadmap, new features, and partner ecosystem.
● Develop subject matter expertise in key industries served by Spikra.
● Share market intelligence and client feedback with internal product/solution teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
✅ 1 year experience in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis in the SaaS or technology domain
✅ Strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem — CRM, Books, Creator, Zoho One, etc. (certifications a plus)
✅ Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into solution architectures
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
✅ Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative approach
✅ Familiarity with process mapping and requirements documentation
✅ Technical proficiency to handle integrations, APIs, or customizations discussions (bonus)
✅ Experience with project handovers and solution scoping best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
