Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for a pursuit or visit, identifying win themes, value adds, and competitive differentiation in proposal responses. You will program manage the pursuit, carry out win-loss analysis, and collaborate with other Units to share learning and best practices. Building the team with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to the customer within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. - Technical Knowledge required includes Estimation methodology, Market intelligence, Industry knowledge, pursuits process, competition knowledge, knowledge of approaches/solutions, and Infosys Tools/frameworks. Skills needed are Communication, presentation, inter-personal skills, solutioning, and estimation skills. - Good-to-Have: Knowledge of the SAP Business environment and SAP Solutions. A day in the life of an Infoscion involves getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment resulting in client delight. You will develop a proposal, plan activities of configuration, conduct demonstrations and workshops, and actively lead small projects. You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Additionally, you should have the ability to develop value-creating strategies and models, possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, be aware of the latest technologies and industry trends, and showcase logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, understanding financial processes, client interfacing skills, project, and team management abilities are essential.
