Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive, your role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and mapping them to product capabilities. You will be responsible for creating customized proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs. Additionally, your key responsibilities include: - Joining sales calls to provide product/technical expertise - Handling client objections or queries effectively - Delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) In terms of documentation and proposal building, you will be required to draft and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses. Creating solution documents, presentations, and technical write-ups will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product and Marketing is essential. Providing customer feedback for product enhancement is crucial for the continuous improvement of services. Continuous learning and market analysis play a significant role in this position. You are expected to stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends, while maintaining certifications or attending training sessions on new product features. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in English. The work location is in person.,
