The Service Coordinator will act as the central hub for managing service complaints post sales.Technician deployment, spare parts procurement, and client communication specifically for reefer (refrigerated) containers. This role ensures smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with SLAs while safeguarding perishable cargo integrity. Key Responsibilities Central contact point for reefer post sales service Receive, document and classify reefer container service complaints Call clients post-resolution to capture feedback and ensure reefer performance standards were met. Complete complaint forms with reference to equipment type Escalate SLA breaches and unresolved reefer complaints to the Service Manager. Technician & Logistics Coordination Plan technician travel, tools, and cold chain-specific consumables for on-site jobs.
