Executive- Fleet Maintenance

This role is critical to ensuring temperature-sensitive cargo is transported safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and servicing of reefer vehicles
• Monitor refrigeration units to ensure consistent temperature control and performance
• Coordinate repairs and breakdowns with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain accurate records of service history, fuel usage, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and refrigeration regulations
• Liaise with service centres and reefer unit specialists for timely repairs
• Respond to vehicle-related issues reported by drivers or operations teams
• Track maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Refrigeration Systems
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably with reefer vehicles
• Preferred: understanding of refrigeration systems (e.g., Thermo King, Carrier)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and maintenance tracking software
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
