About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and process-driven Process Auditor to oversee, evaluate, and ensure the quality and compliance of work performed by Process Coordinators. The Auditor will be responsible for regularly reviewing process adherence, validating updates in the Flow Management System (FMS), and driving continuous improvement through audits and actionable feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and conduct regular audits of the work completed by Process Coordinators to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Verify that all required data is accurately and consistently updated in real time within the Flow Management System (FMS).
Identify gaps, non-compliance issues, or inaccuracies in process execution and system updates.
Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable feedback to Process Coordinators and their managers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues and implement corrective or preventive actions.
Maintain and update audit checklists, templates, and tracking sheets to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
Provide training or guidance to Process Coordinators on best practices and compliance requirements, when necessary.
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of process frameworks, documentation, and quality assurance protocols.
Escalate major deviations or risks to senior leadership as needed.
Support internal or external quality audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in auditing, process compliance, or operations supervision.
Strong understanding of workflow management systems; prior experience with Flow Management Systems (FMS) is preferred.
Key Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and reporting abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain objectivity and professionalism in all audit interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with audit or quality tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in auditing, quality management, or process improvement (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma).
Experience in training, coaching, or supervising operational teams.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and internal controls.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
