* Plan, schedule, and conduct internal process audits across departments
* Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit findings.
* Customer Experience and Complaint analysis
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
* Identify process loopholes, recommend risk aversion measures, and suggest cost-saving opportunities
* Maintain open communication with management and audit committees to discuss findings and recommendations
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements
* Continuously monitor changes in regulations, industry best practices, and internal business processes.
* Assist in maintaining audit documentation, logs, and records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
* Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management
