Process Auditors - 6-month contract

Process Auditors


Role Overview:

As a Process Auditor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our process quality standards. You’ll conduct end-to-end process and call audits, evaluate operational controls, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. You’ll work closely with peers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal standards and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct process and call audits to assess compliance and performance.
  • Identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and execute structured audit plans and reports for management.
  • Calibrate audit findings with peers and managers to ensure alignment.
  • Mentor and support new auditors as part of the team’s growth.
  • Handle day-to-day process-related tasks as needed.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in process auditing (quality/process/case life audits).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and Power BI (data visualisation, dashboards).
  • Knowledge of auditing techniques or certifications in ISO9001, TL9000, or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in EMEA shifts.
