This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Desired Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle diverse customers
• Fluency in English and regional languages (as applicable)
