Role Title : Presales / Sales Associate

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Fresher from Sales background can apply, one year experience preferred.

Reporting to : VP Operations

Compensation: up to ₹4 LPA (based on interview performance)

Role Overview

The Presales / Sales Associate will engage with real estate clients to understand their business goals and introduce Brantford’s marketing and branding solutions. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building capability, and the ability to convert conversations into qualified business opportunities. This role acts as the bridge between potential clients and our internal delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and engage with prospective real estate clients

• Conduct need-analysis discussions with decision-makers

• Present Brantford’s marketing solutions and value proposition

• Qualify leads and support the sales closure process

• Maintain CRM data and client records

• Build and nurture strong business relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of clients Role Integration with the Business

This role works closely with:

• Marketing — to align messaging and campaigns

• Operations / Delivery Teams — to ensure accurate understanding of client needs

• Leadership — to support revenue planning and client strategy

You will serve as the first point of engagement for many clients, influencing both brand perception and revenue outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Presales / Business Development
