About the Role:

results-driven PPC Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define clear campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs.


2. Ad Creation & Optimization

  • Create engaging ad copy and visuals tailored to each platform.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations.


3. Keyword & Audience Research

  • Perform detailed keyword research for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Leverage advanced audience targeting and segmentation for Google and Facebook Ads.


4. Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly spend to stay within targets while meeting campaign goals.


5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Prepare actionable performance insights and communicate results to stakeholders.


6. Continuous Learning & Trend Awareness

  • Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and AI tools for campaign optimization.
  • Apply new strategies and insights to improve campaign efficiency and performance.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience

    managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using

    AI-driven tools

    and automation for campaign optimization.
  • Understanding of

    demand generation

    and lead acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with

    Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager,

    and reporting tools.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of

    SEO and content marketing principles

    is an advantage.
