Job Description

Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve defined CPL and lead targets
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy testing, and A/B experiments to maximize campaign ROI
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CVR, and lead quality
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, ad messaging, and landing page experience
Work closely with the website and creative teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
Track daily leads, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement
