The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities for EVs such as golf carts, 3-wheelers, and similar platforms. This role ensures that production timelines, budgets, quality standards, and supply chain operations are aligned to deliver high-quality electric vehicles efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and production schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, procurement, production, and QA.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure timely availability of components.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using tools like MS Project or ERP systems.
• Drive process optimization and cost reduction through lean manufacturing.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
• Generate periodic reports for leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Implement and enforce quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Resolve bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints across departments.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong background in EV or automotive production planning and execution.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, JIT systems, and ERP platforms.
• Project management and team leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask across technical, operational, and vendor coordination functions.
• Analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in EV or automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
