Job Description

Production planning and scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules based on demand, inventory, and material availability. Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery targets.
Process optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and implement techniques like lean manufacturing.
Inventory and material control: Manage raw material and consumable inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement to avoid production stoppages. Track slow-moving and non-moving items.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, production, quality, and marketing, to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare management reports on plant performance and analyze variances to suggest improvements.
Quality management: Drive and maintain quality processes, such as ISO 9001 and 5S, across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
