PPC Engineer

As a PPC Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry, your role will involve coordinating with sales and top management to plan projections for forecast, sales orders, and research and development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing detailed production schedules to meet customer orders and forecasted demand. - Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products. - Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Determining contractor manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. - Preparing and submitting status and performance reports on a daily basis (MIS). - Collaborating with Purchase, Quality Control, Store, and other staff. - Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as required to account for changes in demand or production delays. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, components, and tools to prevent delays in production, as well as ensuring optimal utilization of machines and materials to meet production targets. Additionally, you will coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and suppliers to ensure continuous production flow and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess materials. Qualifications Required: - Specialization in Machine manufacturing company experience. - Excellent knowledge of production planning principles. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication abilities. Other key skills required: - Planning as per Bill of Material. - Costing of Parts and Product. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for process improvement. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, you are expected to have proficiency in M.S. Office, ERP software, and MS Excel.
