Job Description

Candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of CRM processes, coordination, documentation, and home loan eligibility assessment is required.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting welcome calls as per company guidelines.
Ensuring timely follow-ups for payments and property registrations.
Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for home loan approvals.
Sending demand emails, welcome emails, and addressing customer queries promptly.
Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
Must handle customer complaints with a customer-centric approach and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, documentation management, and familiarity with home loan policies is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
