About the Role

Consumer Durable & Mobile Handset Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers
• Drive business growth through sourcing of Consumer Durable & Mobile Handset finance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor and improve portfolio quality, including collections and delinquency control
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Train and coach team members to improve productivity and performance
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Proven experience in

  Consumer Durable Finance and Mobile Handset Sales

• Strong dealer network and market knowledge in the assigned geography
• Hands-on experience in

  sourcing and collections management

• Demonstrated team handling and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in Consumer Finance
• Prior experience as Team Lead / ASM / DSM will be an advantage
• Local market exposure in AP, Telangana, or Karnataka preferred
