Role Description

The District Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the designated district, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers. The District Sales Manager will also monitor sales performance, provide training to the sales team, and ensure targets are met while upholding the company's values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to guide and motivate the sales team.
• Experience in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in sales software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or sales management role, preferably within the food products or FMCG sector.
