CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM (c4c) to ensure lead tracking and customer data are accurate.
Offer making
: Preparation of the techno-commercial offers as per the Sales team requirement.
Order Processing:
Review incoming orders for accuracy, process sales documentation, and coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for fulfilment.
Customer Liaison:
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping delays, or general inquiries when sales reps are unavailable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365
(especially Excel) and experience with
CRM software
.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction.
Language:
English, Hindi & Gujarati
Organizational Skills:
A proven ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented:
High level of accuracy in data entry and contract review.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in a sales support or back end sales
Experience in Plastics/ FRP/ Piping/ Pumps and valves etc
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
