Job description As a Post Sales Associate , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale is completed, while also managing the collection of any remaining fees. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in customer service, financial operations, and account management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding and Support : Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the information needed to successfully use our products or services. Provide ongoing support to resolve any post-sales issues. Amount recovery : Proactively manage the collection of remaining amount from clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Contact clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to follow up on outstanding balances. Develop and execute recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment statuses, and any issues encountered. Assist in preparing reports on fee collection, client satisfaction, and other post-sales metrics. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, addressing any concerns related to payments, account setup, or product usage. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales and fee collection processes Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of financial processes and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
