Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Post Sales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, resolving post-sales issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders to address any concerns and provide support for post-sales services.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage post-sales processes
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving post-sales issues
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays (with compensatory weekdays off).   
  • Proficiency in (CRM Software / Ms Office / Digital Marketing tools).


Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide after- sales support to customers, addressing queries and concerns.

·        Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gather feedback on their satisfaction.

·        Resolve any post-purchase issues or complaints promptly.

·        Collaborate with internal department like sales, finance and legal to ensure a smooth experience from the sales phase into the Post Sales support phase.

·        Ensure accurate preparation and handover of all legal document.

·        Manage payment processes, address outstanding dues, and coordinate with banks for mortgages. 

·        Monitor post-sales metrics, develop strategies to enhance the customer experience, and drive continuous improvement in post-sales processes. 

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts. 

·        A good understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and the post-purchase journey. 

·        Capacity to identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
