The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction after sales, and supporting clients with their requirements to build long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities Handle post-sales support and maintain regular communication with clients. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and management teams. Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions and follow-ups. Assist in cross-selling and upselling opportunities when applicable. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred). Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: High School (12th Pass). Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or post-sales support.
