Job Description

As a Post-Sales Executive, your role is crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients post onboarding, ensuring seamless service continuity, client satisfaction, and long-term business engagement. You will act as the key liaison between Pre-Sales, Operations, and the Client, ensuring effective fulfillment of commitments made during acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients post handover from the Pre-Sales team, ensuring smooth transition and service continuity. - Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, business trends, and service expectations for operational alignment. - Monitor client activity, identify business patterns, and implement actions to support growth or retention. - Coordinate with the Operations team for timely service delivery and resolution of client queries. - Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick issue resolution. - Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and performance reports. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adhere to service-level agreements and fulfill pre-sales commitments. - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing client engagement. - Prepare client reports and performance summaries for internal analysis and strategic planning. - Maintain a high standard of client service and foster trust-based relationships. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field. - 3 years of experience in client relationship management, post-sales, or customer success roles. - Strong client-handling skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently. - Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Understanding of business trends and proactive measures for client retention and growth. - Experience in the travel or corporate service industry preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to timely delivery.
