Post Sales Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client relationships after the sales process. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, handling queries, maintaining client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sales process.
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in up-selling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
• Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up for payments and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
