Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers after sales closure, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing service-related queries.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer experience and drive repeat business.
Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional approach.
Coordinate with internal teams for payment reconciliation and resolution of billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payments, and collection activities.
Prepare periodic reports on post-sales activities and collections for management review.
Meet monthly targets for customer satisfaction and payment collections.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in post-sales support, collections, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
