.Post Sales Executive – CRM (Real Estate)
Location: [ISaltlake Sec 5]
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years (Real Estate Industry Must)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. Handling face - to - face inquiries from customers. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email , letter and face to face. Investigating and solving customer's problems, which may be complex or long - standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants. Handling customer complaints or any major incidents. Issuing refunds or compensation to customers. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Producing written information for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

From Real Estate background only

  • ERP: Responsible for entering the Application Details & Booking of the Customers, Payment Receipt & raising Tax Invoice.
  • Documentation: Updating Individual Customers File. Responsible for reconciliation with the Accounts department, maintaining and updating the individual Project Google Sheet / Excel
  • CRM: Maintaining & replying the queries as raised by the customers through email or telephonic conversation.
  • One point of contact between the customer and the Project.
  • Sending Sales Agreement to the customer for signature and follows up for the same.
  • Send query of Registration to the customer
  • Organize the registration for the customer with the help of the commercial manager
  • Liaison with all departments to resolve any query of the customers
  • Sending Project progress status and forwarding the same to the Customers
  • Actively resolving customer queries
  • Regular Payment collection and follow up with the customers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication: Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple clients and ensure smooth processing of files.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Understanding: Some experience in upselling or cross-selling is a plus.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools to manage and track client interactions.
