Nklusive is focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring long-term satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic Post-Sales / CRM Executive to manage client relationships, streamline post-sales operations, and optimize CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sale, ensuring smooth on boarding and service delivery.
• Manage and maintain client data in the CRM system accurately and up to date.
• Track and follow up on client requests, feedback, and service issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, sales) to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
• Generate periodic reports and insights from CRM for management to track client engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, and coordinate with sales teams.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
• Assist in developing CRM processes and best practices for improved efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 25 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, customer success, or account management roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
