Post Sales Executive

As a Post-Sales / CRM Executive at Nklusive, your role will involve managing client relationships, streamlining post-sales operations, and optimizing CRM processes. You will be the main point of contact for clients after the sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining client data accurately and up to date in the CRM system. - Tracking and following up on client requests, feedback, and service issues. - Coordinating with internal teams (operations, technical, sales) to ensure timely resolution of client queries. - Generating periodic reports and insights from CRM for management to track client engagement and retention. - Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, and coordinating with sales teams. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management. - Assisting in developing CRM processes and best practices for improved efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - At least 2-5 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, customer success, or account management roles. - Strong knowledge of CRM tools and database management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Being detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
