Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills Experience in the construction industry or related field Effective communication and negotiation skills Team leadership and management abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools Manage day-to-day sales activities at the project site. Attend to walk –in-customers, understand their requirements, and pitch appropriate product offerings. Follow up with leads generated via digital, channel partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Submit the daily /weekly sales reports and updates to management. Qualifications: · 5 years of experience in sales is must. · Bachelor’s degree any filed. · MBA (Sales & Marketing) Preferred · Excellent communication in English and Gujarati. · Willing to work on weekends and holidays (with compensatory weekdays off). · Proficiency in (CRM Software / Ms Office / Digital Marketing tools).
