Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Record, manage, and update leads in the CRM/database.
• Prepare, share, and manage quotations and invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain structured follow-ups with clients to close deals effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Coordinate with operations for order processing and delivery updates.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, preferably in fitness equipment or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
