About the Role

Sales Manager

If you have a strong HR industry network, a proven track record in HR tech sales, and the ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle, wed love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition for our HR SaaS products across mid-market and enterprise clients.
Leverage existing HR industry relationships to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal cycles.
Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, solution pitching, product demos, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Maintain a healthy and updated sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting.
Stay informed on HR tech trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
Represent the company at HR webinars, virtual events, and occasional in-person meetings or conferences (limited travel).

Requirements

7+ years of proven experience
in B2B sales of HR SaaS / HR IT solutions.
Strong network across the HR ecosystem (CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders, and similar roles).
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR technology platforms.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing sales remotely.
Immediate joiners preferred.
