Performance Marketing Executive – Google, Meta, WhatsApp & Email Company: Upforge Fitness Pvt. Ltd. (Premium Gym Equipment) Location: Delhi (Work from office) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 2–4 years (Mandatory) ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager who can handle Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), WhatsApp campaigns, and Email marketing end-to-end – from strategy to reporting. This is a technical role, not for freshers or “boost post only” profiles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax). Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for leads and sales. Set up and manage Pixel, Conversion API, events, UTM tracking. Run WhatsApp broadcast / automation campaigns for leads, follow-ups, and offers. Plan and execute email campaigns (flows, drip, re-engagement, cart abandonment). Monitor and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate. Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages. Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and next actions. Stay updated with 2025 trends, AI tools, automation, and platform updates. REQUIREMENTS: 2–4 years hands-on experience with both Google & Meta Ads (non-negotiable). Proven track record in lead generation / e-commerce / D2C performance campaigns. Practical experience with WhatsApp tools (API / BSP / automation platforms) and Email tools (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, etc.). Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite. Good communication and ability to work closely with design, sales, and operations.
