Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven to lead sales and marketing efforts across residential real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in real estate sales, strong leadership acumen, and the ability to communicate fluently in Tamil and English. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on sales execution, and a passion for building client relationships that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for residential real estate projects. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve or surpass sales goals. Identify and convert high-potential clients through research, referrals, and strategic networking. Conduct compelling property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers. Drive multi-channel promotion via digital marketing, events, exhibitions, and partner networks. Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure seamless project execution by coordinating with internal teams, legal, and finance departments. Monitor real estate market trends and competition to fine-tune strategies. Submit timely sales performance and activity reports to senior management. Actively mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in both residential sectors. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in Tamil and English . (Hindi is an advantage.) Proven team leadership and negotiation capabilities. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and evolving customer preferences. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Willingness to travel and conduct on-site meetings with clients.
