About The Role

As a

Platform Analyst - Dedicated System Admin, Managed Services,

you will serve as the client’s dedicated Cvent system administrator and primary support point of contact. You will own configuration changes, maintenance, and account governance; troubleshoot complex issues; deliver RCA and action plans; consult on best practices; and leverage AI to drive efficiency, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

  • Act as Client's primary contact/ advisor regarding Cvent technology solutions and AI-enabled capabilities and features.
  • Consult on business processes and enterprise meeting management best practices, including AI-driven process optimization and automation recommendations.
  • Create and analyze cross-meeting reporting to provide recommendations for changes that can be made to support client objectives
  • Design, coordinate, and conduct user training on client's meetings and events program
  • Act as the client’s advocate within Cvent by coordinating across management, product, support, and engineering to resolve issues and prioritize needs.
  • Monitor user adoption and system usage; recommend strategies to increase adoption; maintain account configuration and governance as system admin.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities by asking questions, mining opportunities presented and sharing findings with sales partners
  • Consultation for industry best practices and drive efficiencies using the platform
  • Maintain and ensure compliance guidelines, privacy policies and branding guidelines are met
  • Administer user groups, roles, and access; perform periodic access reviews and hygiene.
  • Handle ongoing platform support inquiries, track escalations, and keep stakeholders informed through structured updates and status reporting.
  • Serve as data steward for product data quality, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and harmonization across platforms; apply AI-assisted checks where appropriate.
  • Provide regular product updates/ issues to the customer
  • Track tasks, SLAs, and outcomes with meticulous documentation; maintain task trackers
  • Run cadence calls with internal stakeholders to share updates, risks, insights, and action plans.

Here's What You Need

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience that involves working on custom tasks & projects, preferably in software and technical background
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of AI tools and when to use them safely and effectively to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
  • 5-6 years in a customer success, managed services, or consulting role supporting US, UK, or Australia clients.
  • Exposure to Cvent platform is a plus
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., enterprise chat assistants, copilots) and basic automation tools is a plus.
  • Be AI-enabled within the team: Recommend and help operationalize process improvements using AI and automation, aligning to compliance & risk standards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Candidates should be ready to work 24x7, shift depending on client's requirement
