Plant Manager

ELIGIBILITY:

• Qualification- Graduation/MBA
• Age- 30–35 years or above
• Experience- Minimum 5 years in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Preferable- Male candidate only

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and industrial safety.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and production tracking tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor equipment, inventory, and production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Manage, train, and mentor plant staff, creating a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant activities with corporate goals.
• Analyze metrics and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
