Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be the face and voice of our brand, focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Educate customers about products, services, and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Min qualification graduation

ELIGIBILITY:

  • FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY
  • Fluency in languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of company’s products and service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
