Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Plant Manager / Operations Head to oversee the entire production operations at our CCTV camera manufacturing facility in Wazirpur, Delhi. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and process control to ensure timely, high-quality production with efficient use of manpower and materials. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing an electronics assembly line or similar production setup, with strong skills in people management, material control, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning & ExecutionPlan, organize, and control daily production to meet company targets for output, quality, and timelines. Ensure that all production activities are carried out as per defined SOPs and quality standards. Continuously monitor production pace and efficiency and implement corrective actions as required. 2. Operations & Process ManagementSupervise assembly, testing, packaging, and dispatch functions end-to-end. Streamline workflow to minimize downtime and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure equipment uptime. Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the factory. 3. People ManagementLead a team of production supervisors, operators, helpers, and packaging staff. Oversee attendance, shift rotations, and manpower utilization. Maintain discipline, motivation, and accountability within the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job training. 4. Inventory & Material ManagementTrack and maintain raw material and finished goods inventory levels. Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely material availability. Ensure proper record-keeping of inward/outward materials and consumption reports. Reduce wastage and manage stock accuracy. 5. Packaging, Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationOversee packaging and dispatch of finished products as per customer or order requirements. Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time delivery. Maintain documentation accuracy for shipments and dispatch tracking. 6. Reporting & MISSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports to management. Report variances, downtime causes, and process improvements proactively. Support management with operational insights and efficiency improvement initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies:Proven leadership in managing factory operations and team supervision. Strong understanding of electronics or CCTV product assembly lines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Hands-on with Excel / ERP / production management systems. Focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Practical, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
