Plant Manager - Cement Brick Manufacturing
Role: Oversee all aspects of cement brick production, including: * Production: Manage daily operations, optimize production processes, ensure quality control. * Maintenance: Supervise plant equipment, schedule repairs, implement preventative maintenance programs. * Inventory: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory, manage stock levels. * Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, enforce safety protocols. * Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance. * Experience with safety regulations and best practices.
