We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production, quality standards, and optimal resource utilization. Material Procurement & Planning Plan and procure raw materials based on production schedules Ensure timely availability of required materials Maintain minimum stock levels and avoid overstocking Vendor Management Identify, develop, and maintain relations with reliable vendors Take quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize orders Evaluate vendor performance on cost, quality, and delivery Cost Optimization & Negotiation Ensure best pricing through competitive analysis Maintain rate comparison and cost-saving reports Negotiate favorable terms and payment conditions Inventory Coordination Coordinate with store and production for material flow Monitor stock levels and consumption patterns Avoid material shortages or excess inventory Documentation & Compliance Generate and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) Ensure proper documentation for audit and GST compliance Track purchase invoices, payments, and delivery status Interdepartmental Coordination Liaise with Accounts, Store, and Production teams Handle urgent or emergency purchase requirements Resolve disputes or quality issues with vendors promptly
• Develop and manage export sales strategies to expand international business • Identify and build relationships with international buyers, agents, and distributors • Oversee export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BLs, and certificates • Coordinate and monitor shipments, logistics, and freight forwarding • Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and shipping documentation • Conduct market research to explore new countries, products, and sales opportunities • Plan and participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs • Collaborate with internal teams – sales, accounts, dispatch – for smooth export operations • Handle payment follow-ups, LC, and foreign remittances • Maintain and analyze export data, reports, and MIS • Stay updated with international market trends, pricing, and competition
Reception & Admin Duties :Handle telephone calls, emails, and visitor greetings professionally Maintain attendance register and visitor logbook Coordinate courier, inward/outward register and general admin tasks Manage office supplies and maintain front office cleanliness Accounting Duties:Assist in data entry for purchase, sales, payment & receipt vouchers in Tally Maintain petty cash & record daily expenses Coordinate with vendors for payment follow-up and document collection Prepare basic reports, bills, and vouchers for internal filing Support monthly GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes
International Client Communication – Communicate with overseas customers via email, calls, and virtual meetings. Order Processing – Confirm orders, coordinate with production, and ensure timely delivery schedules. Export Documentation – Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Shipping Bill, etc. Logistics Coordination – Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines for shipment booking. Payment Follow-up – Ensure payments as per agreed terms like LC, Advance, TT, DP, etc. Compliance – Adhere to export regulations, customs laws, and government requirements. Market Research – Identify new countries and potential customers for business expansion. Reporting – Prepare weekly and monthly sales/shipment reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, traders, job workers, and textile units in the Jari and Metallic Yarn market. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Handle customer inquiries, provide technical/product knowledge, and offer suitable solutions. Negotiate pricing, close sales orders, and follow up on payments. Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular market visits, collect feedback, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
Dispatch Planning & Coordination – Schedule and monitor daily dispatch operations in line with production and delivery timelines. Team Management – Supervise dispatch staff, assign duties, and ensure operational efficiency. Documentation & Records – Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and shipment details. Logistics Coordination – Liaise with transporters, drivers, and freight forwarders to arrange vehicle availability and route planning. Stock & Inventory Control – Coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams to ensure accurate stock availability for dispatch. Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of goods as per safety and quality guidelines. Customer Service – Address any delivery-related issues or delays and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team. Cost Control – Optimize transport costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Reporting – Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports to management. Compliance – Follow company policies, government regulations, and E-way bill requirements.
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and infographics. Add motion graphics, animations, and effects to videos for enhanced engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and messaging. Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and creative tools.
