Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. 2. Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. Maintain and update employee personal files. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll inputs. Handle shift and overtime records if applicable. 4. Employee Relations & Engagement Support employee welfare and engagement activities. Address employee queries and concerns promptly. Assist in organizing internal events and celebrations. 5. Training & Development Coordinate internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback reports. 6. Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures. Assist in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance work. Maintain HR records, databases, and reports.
