Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our plant. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with the company's values and goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Khyber Agro Farms by managing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; keep HR policies up-to-date.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases.

Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.

Exit Management: Handle employee separations, conduct exit interviews, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Employee Communications: Foster effective communication channels within the organization.

Qualification: MBA in HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
