Account Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis: • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives. • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. • Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Financial Reporting: • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders. • Risk Management: • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities. • Implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize financial outcomes. • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Cash Management: • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. • Optimize working capital and minimize financial risks related to liquidity. Financial Operations: • Oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles. Budgeting and Cost Control: • Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and track expenses. • Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Strategic Planning: • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve company goals. Tax Planning and Compliance: • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Prepare and file accurate tax returns and handle any tax-related inquiries or audits. Regulatory Compliance: • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines. This includes monitoring changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
