Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Handle import and export documentation including Foreign Payment, LC (Letter of Credit), bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and other custom
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, customs authorities, and logistics partners for timely clearance and dispatch.
• s-related paperwork.
• Manage foreign currency transactions and ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and international trade laws.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
• Implement internal financial controls and cost optimization strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in import/export operations.
• Working knowledge of financial regulations, international documentation, and customs compliance.
• Proficient in accounting tools such as Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
