We (Flourtech Group) are seeking for our subsidiary company AQC Chemlab AQC Chem Lab Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of functional food ingredients, nutraceuticals, and food laboratory equipment. We serve 250+ global clients across 70 countries, specializing in customized nutrient premixes, food fortification solutions, and advanced testing equipment. The Role We are seeking an experienced plant manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Faridabad. You will manage production planning, quality control, safety compliance, team leadership, and process optimization for our food and nutraceutical manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Manage daily manufacturing operations and meet production targets Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance Supervise and develop production team members Monitor equipment maintenance and facility operations Implement cost control and process improvement initiatives Maintain safety and environmental standards Coordinate with supply chain and quality assurance teams What We're Looking For Experience: 8-12 years in manufacturing operations management Proven experience in food, nutraceutical, or chemical manufacturing Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Operations Management Skills: Strong knowledge of food manufacturing and FSSAI compliance Experience with quality management systems and process optimization Excellent leadership and communication abilities Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Master’s in Operations/Chemical Engineering (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
