As the Plant Manager for Cement Brick Manufacturing, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of cement brick production. This includes managing daily operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality control. You will be required to supervise plant equipment, schedule repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs for efficient maintenance operations. Monitoring raw materials and finished goods inventory to manage stock levels will also be a crucial part of your role. Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols will be a key focus area. As a leader, you will motivate and lead a team of production workers, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar supervisory position within a manufacturing setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance will be beneficial, along with experience in safety regulations and best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, preferably in a similar role.
